Coming soon…
This space is intended to be a respite for anyone who struggles to feel seen as a chronically ill and/or neurodivergent human being. I hope to offer some of my own lived experiences as a way of humanizing our struggles, reducing stigma, and encouraging us all to continue seeking out beauty and meaning in this brutiful thing called life.
Please know that this blog is not intended to serve as advice or therapy in any way. All shares are impacted by my lived experiences as a white, cishet, disabled and neurodivergent female who was raised in poverty and a religious cult. I believe that part of decolonizing therapy is to be transparent about these intersectional identities that can create privilege and bias. To protect the confidentiality of my clients, comments are disabled on my website, but I welcome you to email me if you have thoughts, questions, or feedback about a particular post. There’s no wizard behind a curtain here; just a human heart that tends to beat and speak imperfectly.
