(plus a few you might not have thought of…)

  • I offer an integrative approach that is informed by modalities such as Somatic IFS, Brainspotting, Coherence Therapy, AEDP, Somatic Experiencing, as well as energetic awareness.

  • As someone who has been living with chronic illness for over 6 years, I bring a very unique and nuanced approach to how I hold space for my clients. My neurodivergence also informs the sort of container that I hold, making it one that is infused with a great deal more patience and compassion. Finally, I am highly dedicated to decolonizing the field of therapy as much as I am able to within my lifetime. If you’re curious to hear more, please reach out!

  • You can fill out the brief form on my website, click “Book a Discovery Call”, or reach out via phone, text, or email. Whatever feels most comfortable and accessible. I do my best to respond to all messages within 2 business days.

  • As an Associate Counselor, I am unable to take insurance through a private practice. It is possible that this may change in the future, so I will be sure to update this answer if that ever happens!

Currently, I offer the following cash-pay services:

    60-Minute Session $100
    75-Minute Session $130

If you feel we are aligned, and you’re concerned that money may be an issue, please reach out to me so that, together, we can consider what may be possible. I am devoted to decolonizing the field of therapy as much as I am able, and I will continue to advocate for mental health support for all.

  • Yes, I have a limited number of openings and will continue to update this page if that changes!

  • I bring a warm, unrushed, intentional, and often humorous energy into our sessions. Because I know what it’s like to live with chronic illness, I like to be very upfront about how normal it is for our capacity to shift day to day or even within a single session. All of that is welcome and OK here. I can meet you where you are and we can let the power of feeling seen do its thing!

  • Truthfully, the way I am with my clients is often the way I am in the “real world”. No longer having the capacity to mask heavily has allowed me to show up very authentically with others. This also means that I let myself show up imperfectly, and it is my hope that, if we work together, you will allow yourself to do the same.

  • I believe that healing means different things to different people. That’s why it’s so important to gain clarity around what healing means to a client so that we have a map of what we’re trying to move towards and why.

To me, healing doesn’t mean that we get to a place where unpleasant thoughts and feelings disappear. Healing is when we can learn to relate to whatever our present moment experience is without abandoning any part of ourselves. And when abandonment does happen, we are able to notice this rupture and engage in genuine repair. We know we’re healing when we allow ourselves to do all of this imperfectly, confident in our commitment to repair.
