The somewhat ironic truth is that we begin to heal the moment we feel seen and accepted just as we are. It is the privilege of my life to be able to offer this kind of witnessing presence to each and every part of my client. 

I do this by blending modalities such as Somatic IFS, Coherence Therapy, AEDP, Brainspotting, and Somatic Experiencing. I can also incorporate energetic awareness and intuition into our sessions, when it is in alignment with my client's beliefs, values, and needs. Whether or not we are aligned or connect by working together, I’m wishing peace to every part of you along your path.
